HartmanEW Endwall System now DOT Approved in PA and NY

July 31, 2003 (Pittsburgh, PA)  Hartman Products, L.P., the creator of the HartmanEW end wall system for drainage pipe end wall construction, announces that its product has been officially approved for use by the Departments of Transportation in both Pennsylvania and New York.  The end wall has been placed on the “Approved Product” list by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, listed in Bulletin #15. It has received similar approvals in the state of New York, and, overall, has been OK’ed by the Federal Highway Administration as part of the state approval process.

With over 650 units sold in the past two years, the HartmanEW endwall system has become a preferred method for endwall construction.  A lightweight, pre-fabricated plastic system, it installs in less than half of the time of conventional methods with up to a 50% cost reduction.
