The Control Panel page contains the Control Panel at the top of the Page and the File Tree at the bottom.
The Control Panel is a button window that gives you access to a number of Content features.
Generate Menus
Whenever changes are made in the File Tree, the menus will need to be generated before the changes will take effect on the web site. When you click on the Generate Menus button the process will take place it the background. When you go back to the web site, you may need to refresh the page in order to see the menu changes.
Site Properties
This button allows you to view and make changes to site settings including scripting settings, appearance and permissions, and access settings.
Style sheets allow you to create different styles or formatting combinations for text. These styles allow you to keep continuity among site users.
Mastheads are the graphics that go at the top of the web page, and footers are the graphics that go at the bottom. This button takes you to a screen where you can create and edit these sets of graphics.
Site Templates allow you to create templates that determine which styles are used for the different aspects of the site.
This button allows you to make a complete copy of your web site, there by allowing you to make a complete site overhaul and check the progress without interrupting the use of your current site.
Manage Users & Groups
This button allows you to manage user and group editing permissions on the site.
This button takes you to the Add a Page Wizard which allows you to add a page to the web site.
Add / Delete Website Folders
This button allows you to add new folders to the file structure of the site
Add / Delete Web Sites
This button allows you to manage web sites within your main web site
Style Sheets
This button allow you to manage preset styles for the site
Preamble Template
This button allows you to add code to the web pages in the site to allow more functionality on the site
