Next, enter the Friendly Name of the site. The Friendly Name is the of the web site file minus the file extension.
Then, select the Preamble HTML/Code Template from the drop down box. The Preamble HTML/Code is the java code that goes between the head tags in the web pages, and the .asp code that goes before the head tags.
Select the site template you want to use from the drop down box.
Select a Masthead/Footer Set from the drop down box. This will determine what graphics will go at the top and bottom of the new pages when they are initially created.
