Page Properties Window

The Page Properties window is where changes to the back end of the web pages can be made.

This window allows users to set:

• Appearance & Placement

• Approvals / Permissions

• Code & Scripting

• HTML, Keywords, & Profiling

• Page Access

• Timed Publishing

• Info

When the Page Properties window opens, links to other properties are displayed across the top of the window. Below the links, is a box containing some quick information about the page:

• URL: the address where ht e page is located

• Revision Number: If there are multiple versions of the web page this will tell you which one you are working with.

• Date Created: When this version of the page was created.

• Date Last Updated: When the last revision was made to this page.

• Last User to Update: Shows the login name of the last user to edit the page.

• Exclusively Owned: Shows whether or not the page can be edited by users other than the one who created it.

• Check Out By: If the page is being edited by another user, their name will appear here.

• Check out Time: Shows when the user checked the page out.
