Approvals & Permissions

• Can be Edited by User – by clicking on the Select Users button, you can open the Edit Users window. In this window you can set which users will be able to edit the web page.

• Can be Edited by Groups – by clicking on the Select Groups button, you can open the Edit Groups window. In this window you can set which groups will be able to edit the web page.

• Approval Required - by clicking on the Approval Required check box, you will activate the Set Chain button. By doing this, page changes will require approval from other users in an order that you determine.

• Approval Chain - this will display the order of approval necessary for page changes to be published. This can be set and edited by clicking on the Set Chain button.
