Author Comment Blocks are areas that are only visible in the Edit Content Window. They can be used to leave messages or directions for users who will be editing the page.
Place the cursor where you want the Author Comment Block to go in the Edit Content window.
Click on the Author Comment Block button.
The Author Comment Block will appear where the cursor is.
The Author Comment Block will only be visible in the Edit Content Window.
Open the Edit Content window for the page that contains the Author Comment Block.
Click in the text area of the Author Comment Block.
Enter your text in the block.
Save, Save and Publish, or Save a New Version of the Page before you exit the window.
